How EcaFlow 150 GLP Works

Electrochemical Analysis Technology

EcaFlow uses advanced flow-through electrochemical methods, including voltammetry, coulometry, and chronopotentiometry. The sample is delivered via a peristaltic flow system and guided through a compact cell equipped with disposable working electrodes. During the analysis, the analyte is pre-concentrated and electrochemically stripped, and the resulting signal is processed to determine its concentration with high accuracy.

Sample & Reagent Handling

Solutions are automatically delivered through a computer-controlled flow system using electromagnetic valves and a peristaltic pump. The system selects between sample, standard, or electrolyte solution.

Electrochemical Detection

The sample flows through the patented EcaCell with a disposable working electrode. Pre-concentration and stripping steps detect trace-level concentrations with high precision.

Result Processing

The system records, processes, and stores measurement results using built-in digital converters and potentiostat/galvanostat control. Data can be viewed, exported, and used for reporting.
